E-mail Stationery

I'm using some very nice HTML e-mail stationery in Outlook 2000 . It works
very well when sending new messages but does not kick in when replying or
forwarding . I know how to change this if it were just a signature but cannot
see how to do it with stationery ... any ideas ?

Replies and forwards will always use the format of the original message.
