Do microsoft send patchs from this address Microsoft
<[email protected]>. i got an email saying Dear
friend , use this Internet Explorer patch now!
There are dangerous virus in the Internet now!
More than 500.000 already infected!

Should I not use this and delete it or is it actually from
ms

As I am sure you know , it is either a hoax or a virus. Otherwise you would
have already opened it and would be asking for assistance in deleting the
virus.

There is a Microsoft security bulletin, but you have to subscribe and it
NEVER has a patch attached.
The From address was spoofed and the attachment is a virus.
