E-mail going into Contact folder

I have a user that whenever she gets an e-mail from
another particular user it goes into her contact box
instead of her inbox. I have checked both users Outlook
configuration and neither have a rule setup nor a filter
on that would apply to this problem. We are running
windows 2000 with exchange 5.5. Does anyone have any idea
how to fix this so that, that users e-mails go directly
into her inbox instead of her contact box. I could
probably setup a rule wizard but I should have to.

Which version of Outlook? There is a somewhere rule moving the message...

I'm not exactly sure about this particular problem but you could try
deleting her user profile (ctrl panel\mail) and adding a new one back in.

Perhaps there's a server side rule....but it should show up in the wizard if
it was there.

Also, if you have spam filtering software (such as Spambayes) installed,
perhaps it's set to put spam in there for some reason?
