I have a coworker using Outlook 2002.
Whenever she forwards an email with a particular phrase in the Subject
Line ("Order Edit"), it goes fine to the recipient but her copy goes
into a folder called "Order Edits" and not her "Sent Items."
Of course she has a mail rule that takes incoming mail with that
subject and places them there. So to troubleshoot we deleted that rule
altogether...and as expected, incoming e-mail with that subject stays
in "Inbox," but her sent mail with that subject STILL goes to "Order
Edits" instead of "Sent Mail!"
We deleted ALL the mail rules. Still doing it.
Wow, I have NO idea what to do at this point. Any ideas?
Thanks!
Liam
