Message displayed while Windows XP (SP2) is shutting down -

dwwin.exe - DLL Initialization Failed -
The application failed to initialize because the window station is shutting
down.

Wondering if anyone figured out how to end this error easily.

That's the Dr Watson debugging tool. I suggest you turn off the error
reporting and then Dr Watson won't run. Here is a link to screen shots etc.

Thanks, already know that one. I am looking to fix the problem, not just
make it go away.
