dwt when someon only has frontpage 2000

I have created a website for a sports team in FrontPage 2003 and I have used
DWT. The coach needs to be able to do some simple updates now and then but he
only has FrontPage 2000. What will happen if I download the site from the
server to his computer and then he updates a page and uploads that page again
to the server?
