DWT conversion from Shared Borders

I have a consistent problem in converting my pre-existing web pages
(originally created in FrontPage 2000 using shared borders) to Dynamic Web
Templates in FrontPage 2003. All goes well with the formating, etc., with
the single exception of the graphic page title. Although the FrontPage code
on the page indicates that the graphic (generated automatically by FrontPage)
should be used, the title on the converted DWT page is always text-only.

If I create a new page, attach to the same DWT, and copy and paste the
content into the new page, the graphic title returns just fine.

If you care to see an example, try
http://sschool.com/kids/conc/concentration.htm

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
