I am using XP and MM2. I also have Muvee 3.5 software; I am able to burn a movie to CD and play it in my DVD with the Muvee software; but , I like the quality and the flexibility in MM2. With MM2 , I am able to edit movie and only able to save to my computer. Then on my RealPlayer software I am able to save to CD; but , unable to play it in my DVD player. Can anyone tell me what available format that I can use to be able to play the video in my DVD player? I've tried practically saving the movie in all the different formats available in MM2 to my computer.

MM2 doesn't burn CDs that play in today's DVD players. You need to use other
software to make a VCD, SVCD or DVD. See the CD and DVD sections of my
website for some of the software that people are using.

Hello there,

To play your work in a domestic dvd player you need to...

1) Purchase a DVD writer if you do not already own one. With it will
come software suitable for creating ordinary DVD's with menues etc.

or

3) Get a SVCD (Super Video CD) program which will create a CD playable
in most domestic DVD machines.....you need to check the actual abilities (+R
as opposed to -R etc) of your DVD machine.

Best Wishes.....John Kelly

I was able to make it work through using a 3rd party software. Thanks. Are the new dvd players out that we can use only mm2 and then burn to a cd using the new players?
