DVD Burning

I have a fw questions.

Can a Person make a DVD right from th camcorder (DV)?
When loading to movie Maker, what format do I save the Camcorder
Stuff? NTSC?
Can I change already loaded formats and save to another format?

Anything else I should know?

I've got Movie Maker on Vista. If you import the Video first into the Movie
Maker, make the appropriate edits (or none at all), you can choose "Publish"
off the file menu and select, "DVD" as your option, it will then prompt you
to save the file, and then swap into the Windows DVD maker with the contents.

Not sure on the Windows XP side. But in Vista, it's beautiful.
