Duplicate Temporary Internet Folders???

Hi,
Recently for some reason my Temporary Internet Folder in IE6 in Win XP Pro
wen't crazy. Webpages weren't correctly loading mpg files and I noticed that
all of a sudden in the Temporary Internet File Settings, it said just
Current, without any location selected and the Amount of Diskspace allocated
was set to 0 and wouldn't let me change it. So, naturally I tried moving the
folder, yet it wasn't working. So, I rebooted and now everything was back as
it was, but now I have two locations of Temporary Internet folders and all
these ridiculous subfolders that weren't there before. I had it set to
c:\Windows\TemporaryInternetFiles\ and that was it. One folder where it all
went. Now, it's changed to
c:\Windows\TemporaryInternetFile\TemporaryInternetFiles\
It also contaions a directory for Cookies and History. This was absolutely
not here before this error. The cookies and History I believe resided
somewhere in Documents and Settings. Any Idea how to fix this?

you got it easy
If I search "Temporary Internet Files"
it finds lots of them...

C:\Documents and Settings\Default User\Local Settings\Temporary Internet
Files
C:\Documents and Settings\NetworkService\Local Settings\Temporary Internet
Files
C:\Documents and Settings\LocalService\Local Settings\Temporary Internet
Files
C:\Documents and Settings\mike\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Temporary Internet
Files
C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\systemprofile\Local Settings\Temporary Internet
Files

Yeah, I have those two, but nothing goes into those and they existed before I
had this recent problem. It doesn't address why my temporary internet files
went haywire to begin with and why I now have two in my windows directory.
Help in that area would be useful.
