Duplicate service Pack files stored on hard drive

Have Win XP PRO SP2, as my OS. I did a duplicate file search, just for
the heck of it and found duplicate Service pack files. One in
c;/Windows/service pack files and in C:/Windows/i386. They take up a
lot of room. Do I need both, or even one of them?
