Odin: ugly, unusable IMHO
I have the same problem as you. Looks like there is no satisfying freeware
solution.
FWIW, people over at the rec.photo.digital group repeatedly mention the great
opinion they have of Cerious Thumbsplus and its capability for identifying
different versions and different crops of the same picture.
Ofc it is a $-ware, but there is a free trial period. I plan to try it myself
but I haven't done so yet.
I am interested in hearing from experiences with thumbsplus or other near-dupes
identifying apps.
