duplicate emails sent

Hi there,

can anyone tell me why one of our users when he send emails internally
outlook 2003 duplicate it and we receive it as 2 copies of the same email?
this does not happen always.

I checked the forum but all the question posted is about receiving duplicate
emails, but our user problem is sending duplicate

we are using
Exchange 2003
outlook 2003
xp pro

Nile, I am having the same issue with only one of our users out of 400. Have
you had any repsonses?
