DUN balloon notification preventing taskbar Autohide

I have the taskbar set to Autohide, but when a DUN session is connected, and I
disable balloon tips, the taskbar will _not_ slide down until I click to bring
up the DUN status dialog, or wait several minutes (sometimes it seems waiting
works, sometimes not). So, I have to leave balloon tips enabled to minimize the
number of clicks and movement to hide the taskbar. I'd ideally not have to do
ANY extra work. Any idea how I can resolve this? Anyone? :)

Hi Grey,

Download the zip on line 190 (right hand side)

Very helpful, I'll try it soon. But this seems to be a bug, and I' was hoping
that it's been addressed by chance in the past year or two since I first brought
this up. Any ideas?
