Right click on it and you will see an option to get more details. See if it
explains what this is.

It says it's a IE security hole and if I go to the IE web page then don't exactly say how to get rid of it

Anasteele -

It's said to be a detection flaw in Spybot ver 1.3 that will be soon
remedied. See here:

http://www.google.com/search?q=+"DSO+exploit"++Spybot++bug

Some recommendations have been to place this item into the Ignore list for
the time being.

This is an often reported bug that could have been found by first
searching the newsgroups or through a web search, like:

http://www.google.com/search?q=+spybot++dso++exploit++bug

Click the option to ignore it on subsequent scans. Or go under Tools ->
Ignore Products -> Security tab and select to ignore this one. Just
remember to allow checking for this exploit whenever the next version of
Spybot comes out since it might fix this bug.

I don't have the DSO Exploit ignored by Spybot yet I never get prompted
about it, either. But then I fixed what it was checking, anyway (see
http://snipurl.com/7zka). It is peculiar that Microsoft provide a My
Computer security zone but doesn't show it by default under the security
settings.
