DSL Modem INternet Sharing

i have a webstar dpx100 cable modem on my rig connected
via usb and a second rig connected on a network card via
crossover cable, no hubs. when i turn on internet sharing
for my master with the dsl moem, internet doesnt work on
either. help me

Set the ICS on the NIC, not the USB connection.

Can you provide ipconfig /all for both computers?
