dsheafotht.dll error

I get the 'IE6 has encountered an error and needs to
close' message everytime I open IE, and the module name
is dsheafotht.dll with number 0001ceb8.
What is causing this???

After you have check for a virus with the latest definition table.

There's a good possibility that this is being caused by a third-party
