Ie6 error message: encountered a probelem: HELP!!!!

whenever i try to close down IE6, i get a error message
that says"IE has encountered a problem and needs to close"
then it gives me the option to view technical information
and it caused faults in modules 1-67 how can i solve this
problem?? i have also redownloaded IE6 and it still did
not solve me problem. how can i solve this??????
