Drowning in Security...HELP!

I was playing around with the startup options of the
database and somehow got it so that the toolbar has been
removed when the switchboard (database) opens and I can't
get back into the toolbar to reset the options?

Hold the shift key down while opening the database.

After you do what Lynn suggested to get back into your database, make a
*COPY* of it to do your future "playing around with."

This way, if something serious goes wrong next time, you can simply delete
the copy and make a new copy to continue "playing" with.

If you read through the posts here, you'll quickly understand that Access
security is *very serious* and not to be "played around with" on your
production databases.
