I use a form at work that was created by someone else. The form is in Word
2003. In the form there are drop down menus that contain a number, and what
the number corrolates to (ie- 1 Individual). When you make a selection in
the drop down menu only the number appears in the box. I would like to add
on to the form and/or create other forms similar to this one but cannot
figure out how this was done.
