Drop down box to select a sheet in the workbook?

Say I have a workbook with 12 sheets, is it possible to create a
dropdown box in sheet 1, or any other sheet, that would quickly allow
me to select any of the 12 sheets?

or, a drop down box that would pull the info from one of the sheets
onto a main sheet.
