driver update failed to install

I had a update on a driver this morning....went to install
it. it was intel processor software update released on
1/27/02......the install failed so i clicked on it again
and it failed the second time....can anyone tell me what
i'm doing wrong of it i need this driver?

I have had this problem as well, stopped my firewall,
still will not load. Stopped everything I thought could
be a problem, so I have downloaded this update eight
times, still the install fails so if anyone can help
please get in touch.
