Driver problems

Now and then a blue screen comes up and tells me I might have a problem with
drivers or hardware I've installed, then tells me to go to driver verifier
or if that doesn't work enable special pool to check what's wrong. I am
using windows xp. How do I find driver verifier and special pool?

For a start check here:
Start>Contro Panel>System>Hardware tab>Device Manager button.
Now see if anything is in yellow with either an exclamation mark or
a question mark. From there you can troubleshoot to pinpoint the
problem.
