drive recognition

After I attach a memory card reader to a USB port, I have drives e,f,g,h.
Then I turn on my firewire external hard drive and it is labeled as drive I.

BUT, I can't locate the drive with windows explorer. Device Manager says it
is installed and working correctly and the administration tools says it is
labeled as Drive I. How do I locate and use drive I?

Thanks for your help.

Guess.

Do you have Tweak UI installed and have you unchecked drive letters above H?

Thank you,,I found the solution in Windows KB. Had to edit the registry so
that windows would display all drives listed.

I was having the same problem with a JumpDrive (Memory Stick). Forgot I had
TweekUI (duh). Thanks for reminding me. Must have went through control panel
20 times looking for the drive list, knew I had seen it somewhere. lol
