Dragging a Contact attachment into the Contacts folder

I have a user when she drags a Contact attachment into the Contacts folder,
the Contact opens up instead of putting a copy into the folder. I tried
uninstalled the Suite and reinstalling it. The Windows profile was also
created and it did not work. I also tried giving her a new Email Profile. No
luck. Does any have any ideas?

Sounds correct to me. The Contact item opens so that you can make any
amendments you wish before clicking Save and Close.

Every other machine I saves the contact. Also, click on the Save and Close,
does not seem to save the contact at all! Please help.

I can't reproduce the behavior. When I do it, I get a new contact form
opening. where I can fill in the details.

Is the contact you're dragging an .msg file attachment or a .vcf file attachment?
