please tell how to pull an email from the drafts folder to print.

Open Draft folder > menu bar at top, FILE > Print.

The draft has to be opened in the Preview Pane in the Drafts and not opened
as an individual mail in a Window. The Preview Pane display (View | Layout
and check that option) is a preview of the final and the individually opened
message is still in Edit mode for changes prior to sending, so you have to
print from the Preview pane display.
