Dr. Watson Postmortem Debugger

Hey guys, I am on PC Windows XP Home, on an emachines C2160 the Administrator
in my home wireless LAN with Firewall and Norton Corp Antivirus, lately I
have installed various software from a DVD by PC Utilities Plus+. Since then,
all of a sudden I cannot access via Start, any of My Documents, My Pictures,
my Music, My Network, etc. all of the included in that section. The Dr.
Watson Postmortem Debugger Pop Up Window appears and my machine freezes, thus
causing me having to manually shut down and restart my machine until my next
forthcoming freeze. I cannot do Searches either, nor access my Control Panel,
via the Start. Incidentally, I am self-taught in computer matters, and no
expert!
Frankly, I would appreciate your help in order to understand were it comes
from and to learn if I can and how to uninstall Dr. Watson Postmortem
Debugger, i.e. drwtsn32.exe, out of my computer, taking into consideration
the aforementioned stated limitations I am encountering.
Thanking you for your prompt and positive response, I remain.
Sincerely,
GC

What happens if you uninstall the software? (If changes/customizations have
been made with the software, use the program's Undo function to rollback to
original settings.) Optional: after uninstall, go back to a System Restore
point that pre-dates the original install. Is the system stable again?

Try a system restore to before you installed the offending software. Go
to Start | Help and Support | System Restore on the toolbar.
