Downloading Windows Mail to my original server

I unfortunately set up my computer to utilize Windows Mail to manage my work
mail account. In the process, all the emails from my work account were
downloaded onto Windows Mail. I have been able to reverse the management of
my work email, but I have not been able to download the emails from Windows
Mail back to my work account. Any help would be appreciated.

Elaborate please . . . . .
Are you trying to pull mail into Windows Mail from your email provider
([email protected] ? - you must state who that provider is - part of email
address after the @). Or are you trying to export it to save it somewhere?
What do you mean "how to download Windows Mail "(since WM doesn't have an
email address of it's own)?

It will be much appreciated if you create a new thread (discussion) for new
questions.

If you do not get an answer here after a couple of days, create a new thread
and in the new thread explain what you mean by "download windows mail",
since Windows Mail is included with Vista and Windows Mail is not available
as a download.

That mail program is included with Vista, no download required.
