Downloading updates: 0%

Starting yesterday I've had the update icon in my tray. I do have auto
updates on. Clicking on it doesn't do anything. Hovering my mouse over it
and I get "Downloading updates: 0%". But it remains at 0%. I don't yet have
SP2. Is this SP2 downloading? Or just another bug?
