Put music on the card using your card reader attached to your PC.
Put music on phone using phone's interface or just leave it in there and
play music from it.
The first one is easy - it will show in Windows Explorer as a removable
drive. The second one varies too much for me to be exact so consult your
phone's manual if you have problems there.
