downloading IE 6.0 for Win98

I'm attempting to download IE 6.0 for my brother-in-law
who does not have a broadband Internet connection. My PC
is running 2000/XP but his is still on 98.

How can I download IE 6.0 for Win98 from my PC?

Currently, when I download the iesetup exe and run it, it
looks at the system that I am downloading from and
prefills Win 2000/XP as the platform that I want to
download for IE. It also sees that I already have 6.0
installed on my PC and suggests not reinstalling. I was
hoping to not need to request a CD directly from MS.
