download error

while i was downloading with msn download manager i recieved an error(fatal
error) it said something like not enough space. well i have 120gigs of space
free. I need to retry download but get the page that says i have gotten all
the downloads i'm eledgable for.

HELP!!!!!

The server is being hammered, you just have keep on trying or order the DVD.
