Download components?

I am trying to install an Epson thermal receipt POS printer (TM-T88IV) on a
HP Thin Client T5720.

The Epson site claims that it is support on XPe however the following
components are required to make it work.

I am fairly new to XPe and not sure where to download/enable components. If
someone could let me know how to get these on my XPe thin I would appreciate
it.

-System Restore Core
-Error Reporting
-Local Printing Support
-Windows Media Player 8 or above
-Supplemental Winhelp Files

Anyone at all have any ideas?!?!

Need help please. Willing to pay some $$$ if anyone can help me get the
printer driver working on these thin clients.
