Double Scrolling

When I single click the scroll bar in ie 6 now, it "double scrolls". In
other words it
seems to scroll 2 pages instead of 1 requiring me to use the up or down
arrow buttons
on the top and bottom of the scroll bar to get where I want. Any ideas?

Just so you know you're not alone, this happens on my
laptop and my wife's laptop. Anyone know how to fix this?
