double clicking problem

i'm using an iconcepts mouse model number htm-92wt and when i'm browsing the
internet and i click to take the page forward or back 1 click of the mouse
button acts like a double click and sends the page forward or back 2-3 pages.
also when i have 2 or more pages open and i click to close one it will close
all of them or open another page

i've checked the mouse settings and they are ok and i've checked for virus
and spyware but it's come up clean

tried to find iconcepts web page to dowload the driver for my mouse but i
can't seem to find it

somebody please help me before i go insane
