In my house, I have 2 computers with Windows XP Home
Edition. One of them can run DOS games directly.
(There's no sound, but I use VDMSound to fix that.) The
other one can't do this. I thought it might be because
the first one came with Service Pack 1 already installed
with Windows XP, but after using the SP1 Upgrade off the
Internet on the other computer, it still won't run the DOS
games. I can use DosBox on that computer, but I would
prefer to use the games without having to bother with
speed corrections. Does anyone know how I can get my
other computer to run DOS games directly? Do I have to re-
install Windows XP using the CD that came with the first
computer which includes SP1, or what?
