Domain Master Browser

I have two domains in the same subnet ip network.

1.Win 2000 Domain
2.Win 2003 Domain

On the first one I have the DMB, but I have no DMB on the second domain

I'm using a class B subnetted range in subnets of 2555 hosts. /22 bits.

Is there not any problem to have two DMB in the same ip range ?

Any client should access both domains in the network neighborhood !

Thanks any comments

Why not? You should have a PDC Emulator for every AD domain,
and every PDC Emulator will be the Domain Master Browser for
it's own domain.

No, and in fact if you wish to browse across domains you must have
two of them.

If they are not on the same broadcast segment then you need to
use WINS server (and make them both WINS clients) so they
can find each other.

Access is one thing, but browsing requires each domain to
have it's Domain Master Browser able to find the other
through NetBIOS.
