Documents and Settings Folder

Has anyone ever tried relocating the Documents and
Settings folder to another drive in W2K? If so, what reg
and other changes had to be made.

I am trying to do this in an attempt to reduce PC
reimaging time by placing the docs and settings on another
drive to remove the need to have to back up and user data
when reimaging.

Any thoughts or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
