Document looks like an email

When I open up a specific document within MS Word 2003 it looks like I am
editing an email with to: cc: subject: and introduction: fields in a large
toolbar directly above the text. How do I turn this off?

Click on File | Send To | Email Recipient, or click on the
"Email" button on the Standard toolbar.
