document error message

I keep getting this pop-up window over and over again that says "Documents
has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the
inconvenience." Then it gives options to send error report to Microsfot or
don't send. This issue has persisted for weeks now and I can't get rid of
it. It doesn't matter that Word is not even open I keep getting the pop up
windows as soon as I closse one another pops up with the same message. Ideas
on how to get rid of this would be greatly appreciated, thanks

Do those errors have a name or number?

Right-click on "My Computer" and select Manage. Expand the Event Viewer
category and look through each of the three sub-categories for the red
flagged error records. The date and time of these should correspond to your
errors. Double-click on an error record to see the details of the error.
