document and printer settings do not match

Can anyone please help, have connected HP Photosmart C6180 to computer can no
longer preview or print spreadsheets, using Works 7.0. error message is
document and printer settings do not match

Once inside a Works document, use File, Print, and ensure the correct
printer is set. You appear to be previewing to a printer that no longer
exists.
