Do not buy an ipod for windos

I purchased the Ipod to use with Windows XP. I have a laptop with the
4pin firewire. The ipod loses power in 1 hour when you are synching
with itunes. The 4 pin firewire does not supply power - which apple
fails to add in their advertisment.

I now want to return it but guess what - I have to pay a 10%
restocking fee and shipping. How does one try out an ipod without
opening it? I would not reccommend this product at $500.

Not only this - the ipod does not synch up with the itunes

Don't know about the US but in the UK restocking fees are illegal!

You're absolutly right man! iPod for windwos is the biggest joke in 2003! It doesn't get power supply over the computer, its batteries are empty in less than 1 hour! NO BIG DEAL iPod for Windows!
