DLL help!

[Lloyd]

Each time I restart my computer, I get a message saying
as follows: Error loading C:\Progra~1\Newdot~1
\Newdot~1.DLL
The Specific module could not be found.

Can someone tell me what to do about this? I've searched
Microsoft's web site for this particular DLL but to no
avail.
