DLL crash

I have a notebook with XP home and Trendmicro Internet Security, bought on
31Jan 2007. On booting up, at desktop stage the following message appears:
“The SYSTEM DLL user32dll was relocated in memory. The application will not
run properly.
C:/WINDOWS/sytem32/HHCTRL.OCX occupied an address range reserved for Windows
System DLLs. The vendor supplying the DLLs should be contacted for a new DLL.â€
Who is the vendor?
But wait, there’s more:
I tried to install Kodak Easyshare.
Now at bootup, the sys runs a disccheck, with errors that are “fixed’.
After booting up, before I can uninstall or restore the sys, the notebook
shuts down and restarts. I cant shut it down unless at the right time I
remove the battery.
At an F8 safe boot, it runs thru lines of checks on the white on black
screen, then stops.
Can you help?
Karen
