Dividing a PP Presentation

Using PP 2002
I have a PP presentation that is too large for convenient viewing. Is there
a way to divide it (make 2 separate presentations) from the original? If so,
how?

The easiest is to open the presentation and immediately save it to a new name
(blahblah-part2.ppt). Then go to View > Slide Sorter and select the slides you
want to eliminate from part 1 (press and hold the left CTRL key and click on the
slides) and press delete and save the file and close it.

Repeat the above to create blahblah-part1.ppt, but this time delete everything
that you put in part 2, leaving just what you want in part 1.
