Distribution Lists: Contacts versus Address Book

H

I have just updated to Outlook 2007, and when I try to create a distribution
list, I can name it. But when I try to add members, do not see "Contacts" but
rather address book. Where are my contacts to select from?????

What ever happened to "Group"

Very vague question. Outlook has never had anything called a "group." That
term has no meaning to us. Define what it means to you.
I would guess that you migrated to Outlook 2007 incorrectly, especially
since you said you "updated." That's another term that has no meaning to us.
You most certainly should never attempt to install one version of Outlook
over another if that's what you did.
The dialog box for creating a Distribution List relies upon the Outlook
Address Book interface. Perhaps you neglected to configure that interface
when you did whatever your "update" entailed. Read the instructiions on
configuring the address book view.Post back with more accurate and detailed
information if you don't understand what to do or what you did wrong.
