Distribution List

Trying create a DL with 200 contacts. I get:
"This distribution list has reached the maximum size for your network email
server."

Outlook 2003
Exchange 2003
The contacts are in public folders
The DL also needs to be in this public folder

Is this a limitation of Outlook, Exchange, both?
Any suggestion as to how to get my DL? Is there a Mail List server that
works with Exchange?????

Create your dl by levels. For ex. Sales, Assistants and then dl name Team
where you add only those two dist.lists Sales and assistants. Then in your
Team dl is only 2 objects even if those smaller list are for ex. 100 people /
list.
