Outlook 2007. Would like to be able to do 2 things:
1) display columns for first name, last name, and email address in a
distribution list
2) export a distribution list to Excel with the three columns as in #1.

Please help.
Thanks in advance.

You cannot do either. The DL form contains only the name and address fields.
You can't export a DL to Excel, although if you open it, click Save As, and
specify "Text Only (.txt)" as the Save As Type, you'll get a tab-delimited
values file. Edit this with Notepad to remove the header lines, then open it
in Excel for a two-column presentation.

That's not possible. You can organize your contacts by categories: Assign
one category to a group of contacts instead of putting the contacts into a
dist list. Then customize the view of the contacts folder.
