Displaying Number of Messages in Folders - Outlook 2003

Guest

Currently my mail folders display the number of unread messages in them -
dispalying the quantity in barckets in the folder list.

Is there any way that I can display the total number of messages in each
folder instead or as well as the number of unread messages?

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Hi Vince

I do not see any option to display the number of items in the Properties
window for 2003.

Can you be more specific please.

Thanks

When I right click on a folder and choose Properties, the dialog's General
tab show a selection to choose either unread or total toward the middle of

Thanks for coming back on this.

What version of Outlook are you looking at? I have Outlook 2003 - which does
not seem to offer such functionality.

Thanks

Peter
