Displaying contacts

Marek Staniewski

In our organization we have created contacts (in public forlders) were are
many subforlders where we categorized these contacts. For example in one
forlder we keep clients and in another one suppliers.
But then we found out that one contac can belongs to each of this group.

We would like then make only one list of contacts and have different pannels
where these contact are filtered to only one group. For example only
suppliers.

We suppose that Categories is a right tool for such purpose. But I cannot
find some way that I can prepare different views of these contacts
(predefine these views) and display only these required.

Can someone help with it?

There's already a pre-defined view called "By Categories", which might be
sufficient. But you could also set a filter to see just the contacts of a
specific category: Right click the header, choose Customize->Filter.
